Jonathan is a lifelong resident of the Bay Area.
The family business his Grandfather owned specialized in roof repair, and as a result he grew up around roofs.
Jonathan started officially working for his Grandfather at the age of 18 in 1992.
In 2002 Jonathan moved to Santa Cruz where he met his wife Lindsey.

They began their journey as parents in 2007 with the birth of their daughter.
Jonathan knew his passion and excitement for roofing, as well as his years of experience, would serve him in his efforts to provide for his new family.
In 2008 Jonathan began working for a Commercial Roofing Company in San Jose, and expanded is breadth of knowledge in the roofing industry.
In 2011 Jonathan ventured out on his own to begin Kent Roofing Company.
At the end of 2011, Jonathan and Lindsey welcomed to their family a new baby boy.
The Kent family now resides in Campbell.
